The neighborhoods.
I have spent my entire career working the streets closest to Downtown Dallas. Here is what I know about each of them.
Uptown
Dallas's most walkable neighborhood.
Luxury high-rises, vibrant nightlife along McKinney Avenue, and access to the Katy Trail. Uptown is where urban living in Dallas is at its most concentrated.
Oak Lawn
Diverse, established, and well-connected.
Boutique shops, diverse nightlife, and proximity to Turtle Creek Park. Oak Lawn offers a mix of historic homes, modern condos, and townhomes with a strong community feel.
East Dallas
Historic charm, natural beauty.
White Rock Lake, the M Streets, and Vickery Place. East Dallas offers historic architecture, community-focused neighborhoods, and some of the best outdoor access in the city.
North Oak Cliff
Eclectic, historic, and creative.
The Bishop Arts District, historic preservation, and a diverse culture of artists, musicians, and local businesses. North Oak Cliff has a character all its own.
Know where you want to be? I do too.
25+ years of working these streets means I know what each neighborhood offers and which properties are worth your attention.
